In collaboration with Cyber Love Garden, LeParc Performing Arts Research Cluster
This participatory conversation invites artists, community organizers, and technologists to come share insight on how community infrastructure is built and maintained. In the first part, we will map out what organizations and actors exist in the cyberfeminist scene, past and present. This will be followed by a quick history and context of Cyber Love, and the practical organizing tips they’ve learned since they started grassroots organizing in 2021. Participants will then be invited to share their own community building insights: what has and hasn’t worked for them, and highlight problems they’ve seen re-emerge cyclically. Together, we will wrap up by outlining pathways towards future collective organizing and stronger solidarity and collaboration. The roundtable will be followed by a networking cocktail.
