G-Change, ÉTS – École de technologie supérieure
In this workshop, we will consider scents as a gateway into the past. What does history smell like? Does this smell have a texture? A color? A vibration or movement? Inspired by Simone Lucas Klodawa’s work developed during a residency at Ada X, Aka Herring Park, we will explore scent through writing and multimedia sculpture.
This workshop is presented as part of G-Change, a program launched in 2020 by ÉTS with financial support from RBC, which aims to support, empower, and inspire young women to increase their participation in science, technology, engineering, digital arts, and mathematics (STIAM), while contributing to the development of their personal and professional skills.
