Anti-Harrassment Policy

Ada X strives to promote a caring and cooperative environment within its community. By working or participating in Ada X’s activities, each individual agrees to abide by Ada X’s anti-harassment policy. While we cannot guarantee the safety of every member at all times, we encourage everyone to respect the diversity of experience and to consider their own power and privilege in a given context.

The well-being and safety of our employees and our community are important to us. To report a complaint, you can contact the Ada X Complaints Committee at plaintes@ada-x.org. The committee is composed of a team member (Deborah VanSlet), a board member (Ida Toft). You can also contact us anonymously via this complaint form.

Privacy Policy

In carrying out our mandate under the Privacy Act legislation and regulations, Ada X collects, uses and shares personal and non-personal data about its members and users who use, purchase or access our website online or on any mobile device. The main purpose of this policy is to clarify the management of this data and to inform users of their rights.
