“De la cuisine au studio” explores the paths of twelve women artists of three different generations : women who signed the Refus Global manifesto in 1948, first women film directors who worked at the NFB in the 1970’s as well as media artists implicated at Studio XX : featuring Madeleine Arbour, Christine Brault, Mireille Dansereau, Dorothy Todd Hénaut, Stéphanie Lagueux, Bérengère Marin-Dubuard, Helena Martin Franco, Terre Nash, Anne-Claire Poirier, Françoise Riopelle, Bonnie Sherr Klei and Françoise Sullivan.
