Igloolik Isuma Productions Inc. is Canada’s first Inuit video production collective, founded by artists Zacharias Kunuk, Paul Apak Angilirq, Paul Qulitalik and Norman Cohn. Isuma’s Inuit style of drama has won awards and recognition in Canada and around the world, most recently with its feature film Atanarjuat The Fast Runner. Their mission since 1990 has been to use cutting-edge communications technologies to preserve, promote and enhance Inuit culture and language.
